Miami based film producer and Florida International University alumni, Jarrod A Knowles of JAKVision, presented What Lies Beyond – The Beginning a film by Jarrod A Knowles, in Association with Otter Vision, on Sunday October 27th at O Cinema in Miami Shores.
The event was attended by over 250+ guests of family, friends and press, and included special performances by Palm Beach Makos Cheerteam and Harley Souza with music by DJ One-Twelve. The films hilarious comedy & horror plot forms around 8 diverse college students who find themselves faced with the decision of fighting for their lives or fighting to escape after their witty chaperon is killed and all hell breaks loose on a ecology research trip. The film features 96 mins of comedic relief and gritty, twisted horror sequences, and stars some of Miami’s newest and funniest local talent, including; Addys M. Guerra , Joseph ‘Texas’ Akharoh Jr. , Harley Souza , Adriana Scala , Lexi Delarosa , Zack Dean (Los Angeles) , Masha Silberberg and Jenny Marrero .
